Classic
Liquors Introduces
Two Great New Varieties!!
Irish Cream
Irish Cream Liqueur has a lovely butterscotch/caramel scent. It is slightly
thick when poured and has the color of coffee with extra cream. The taste
is pure heaven and is made from a mix of cream, condensed milk, chocolate
and coffee flavors and our 20% homebrew. It is our only cream liqueur
and we are very proud of it.
Mead Liqueur
The Drink of the Gods, mead has a long history. It may well be the oldest
recorded fermented beverage. Mead figures prominently in the tales of
Scandinavia and the Vikings. The Celts were drinking it in 500 A.D. There
are indications that the Greeks, Romans, Egyptians, Ethiopians, Incas
and Aztec used mead, both in festivals and as a religious drink. Honey,
and by association, mead, have been attributed with such powers as that
of an aphrodisiac, and it has been said in times gone by that it imbues
the drinker with attributes such as life, wisdom, courage and strength.
Enjoy Mead Liqueur (also known as Ambrosia)– a true descendant of
the Drink of the Gods.

Classic Liquors are the latest in
fermentation technology. They offer the home-brew customer the opportunity to make homemade liquors in just three weeks, tasting just like those expensive imported liqueurs.
Easy to follow directions guide you each step of the way. Classic Liquors starts with water, sugar and the kit. Your customers produce their own one-gallon 40º Proof (20%) flavored alcohol that they brew and clarify at home. Twelve popular varieties to choose from (see chart below.)
In addition to the kit, makers will need 2 one-gallon glass jugs,
a length of syphon hose with a clamp, water and cane sugar. Weve
got the additional items too, call and place our order today!
