All of the above is 100% barley malt and water as ingedients.Specific gravity is determined by beer style and desired alcohol level. For example, if using 40 lbs of Gold extract for one barrel of beer, the specific gravity would be 1046.

Weizen's specs are identical to Gold except: FG is 1.6 - 2.2 deg P and the ingedients are 65% Wheat Malt, 35% Barley Malt, and water.
