Briess Malt and Ingredients Co. has begun manufacturing a new liquid malt extract, Munich Malt. A 50% blend of base malt and Munich malts this amber colored malt will give your beer the rich malty flavor you are looking for. Currently this extract is available in 60# pails and 640# drums.

Stevia has found itself front and center with the FDA. This natural diet sweetener is widely used throughout the world but has yet to be warmly accepted in the United States. Recently a movement has begun to change the way stevia is labeled on beverages. Instead of being listed as a "Nutritional Supplement," stevia is on it's way to being a "Sweetener." Both Pepsi and Coca Cola have been working with Stevia manufacturers to develop beverages that include this natural diet sweetener. When it is all said and done, stevia will be in almost every health-oriented, low-caloric drink on the market. As beverage designers and manufacturers we look forward to incorporating stevia in your products.

This malt has been smoked with cherry wood to provide an intense yet smooth smoke flavor to your beer without the addition of color. Sprecher Sprecher Brewery has released a new flavor soda, cherry cola. Along with their award winning root beer and other gourmet soda syrups we will have cherry cola available by the case, drum, or even by the tanker.
